Why is Made + Found different?
My aim is to provide good quality, pre-loved products which are unusual, useful and often beautiful. Buying pre-loved items is better for our planet as these items already exist and are potentially being saved from landfill. My handmade items are small batch items which I make here in my workshop by hand using vintage + recycled materials and natural finds thus having as little impact to our environment as possible. I aim to create unusual, well made items to cherish which can become firm favourites to use and treasure for years to come.
What are your eco credentials?
Many of my products are rescued sometimes quite literally from ending up in landfill sites. I like to source items that are often overlooked and forgotten and showcase them giving them a chance to be seen and appreciated by a new audience. I source many of my items out and about on my daily travels often on foot, preferring this to taking all day sourcing trips in my car. My hand made small batch items are carefully made to last and be treasured. I use vintage materials that I have collected (in the same way as my products) over many years and keep to a minimum sourcing supplies from a third party and if I need to I only source good quality items from businesses that align with my beliefs. I often use pre-used packaging however if I need to purchase new packaging I will always consider purchasing the most eco friendly option.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order with Made + Found couldn't be simpler. Once you have seen an item on the site that you like, simply hit the add to cart button. You will be redirected to the shopping basket, if you would like to order more items, simply select the continue shopping button. If you are ready to checkout, hit the checkout button, where you will be guided though our simple checkout process. How do I know my order has been received?
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the address supplied. If for any reason this does not arrive please please e-mail us on hello@madeandfoundlondon.co.uk
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders will usually leave Made + Found within 48 hours, (Nov/Dec or during sales it can be longer) the overall shipping time is usually within 3-5 business days depending on the service selected. Please visit our shipping page for full information.

Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately we do not ship outside of the UK at this time.
